Organizing the content of your life based on your needs is a best practice for managing your time, resources and money and is an essential first step if you are to fully achieve your potential in life. Staying organized means doing more of the things you like!) and communicate them to yourself regularly to analyze that your wants and needs are being met effectively. How Can You Apply for a Furnished Apartment?
Generally, when you are willing to rent a furnished apartment, you will be asked to fill in an application form by the landlord or the property management and you are ought to be asked to pay an amount of money for them to look over your application form($20 or $30 which should cover the costs for running your credit card). All in all, no problems should appear if you stick to the terms of the contract and do not bring damages to the furnished apartment. Are you a fire-fighter? Many clever confident people are held back in the main by a single weakness. They are totally disorganised. This can lead to procrastination, fire-fighting and eventually total failure.

Diagnosis is the first step to recovery. If you can recognise this weakness in yourself, you can take steps to eliminate this disadvantage. If you are disorganised you are at a disadvantage. Look at all of the most successful people in the world. They are all well organised. If they have a difficulty in this area, they employ a personal secretary to organise things for them.

Assuming that you are not in a position to employ an organiser we will have a look at some improvements that you can make.

1. Prioritise. The first thing to do is to look at the work that you have on your desk (or garden, shop, workplace etc.) and decide what must be done first. Decide what you must do immediately or pay the consequences, e.g. pay your suppliers. Then decide what should be done as soon as possible. Then what should be done if you can. Then what it would be nice to do if you can. Then dump the rest. Do not have it cluttering up your desk getting the way of important work.

2. Set deadlines. It is of no use at all setting deadlines and not paying the least bit of attention to them. You must stick to you guns and meet your deadlines no matter what happens. Deadlines prevent fire-fighting. Fire-fighting is when you have left everything too late and are franticly running around, trying to do things that should have been done weeks ago, to prevent certain disaster. Set achievable and realistic deadlines and do not be distracted from them unless something that absolutely must be done immediately comes up and must be slotted into your list.


3. Do not procrastinate. If you find that you have finished a task early start the next one immediately. Do not decide that you have made yourself a bit of free time and put it off until tomorrow just because it was on your, “should be done list” list and not your, “must be done immediately” list.

4. Meetings. If meetings are part of your usual routine that is ok. However, you must make the most of these meetings. Be prepared. Plan what you want to achieve at the meeting and make some phone calls to gauge the support you will get for the idea, and then adapt your approach accordingly. Meeting have a habit of becoming a place for fathers/mothers to talk about their children, sailors to talk about their boats and golfers to talk about golf. In fact, people so often spend too much of the time allotted for the meeting, talking about anything but business. If you are in a position to do something about this try to keep the chitchat to a minimum.

If you do not need to attend a meeting then do something more productive with your time; like driving your way down through you new list of priorities. You will very likely get a memo about the business of the meeting anyway. So unless it is necessary to attend, DON’T.

5. Delegate. If you have people working under you then delegate some tasks to them. People in authority tend to take on more than they should; especially when they view a task as being important. They think, “I better do that report for the vice-president myself,” or something similar. Show some faith in the people who work under you. It will do you both some good. Besides, you do not want to be in the office doing that report when all your staff are out playing golf and the vice-president is wondering why you need to spend so much time getting your work done.


Not everyone can be totally organised. Nevertheless, if you follow these guidelines you will go a long way towards improving your quality of life and work. These guidelines apply to any business whether you are a webmaster and internet guru or just at the bottom of the ladder in a large organisation.

Let me clarify that I’m not talking about delusions of grandeur or wishful thinking. And what separates the star from the dreamer is the person who realizes what it truly is, that person has of him/herself to offer to the world. And more than likely a team of people had to believe and support that star in the first place. If the “bigger” market is always in a state of basic supply and demand then consider what this “smaller” person and his total interaction with world had to offer.

Born in 1940 in Bangladesh he spent his childhood years in a village called Bathua and was raised Muslim. A few years later, he moved with his family to the city of Chittagong for his father to run a jewelry business. He was always the studious type but also interested in activities and travel that would complement his studies, such as being involved in the Boy Scouts and the World Scouts Jamboree. During his teen and adolescent years, not only did he travel through Europe and Asia by road to experience cultural activities, but also as thespian means to enhance his drama acting performances.

From 1957 to 1961 he completed his B.A. and M.A. to join the ranks of the Bureau of Economics. Starting off as a research assistant, he was later appointed as a lecturer in economics at a college in Chittagong, the same city where he had spent much of his youth. He was soon offered a Fulbright Scholarship to study in the United States and obtained his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University in the United States in 1969 and became an assistant professor in economics at Middle Tennessee States University in 1972.

However in 1976, his research and visits to some of the poorest nearby villages began to channel into a vision that he saw the world desperately needed. He realized that very small loans could make a huge impact to a poor person. Yet traditional banks would not make small-sized, or micro-loans, even at equitable interest rates to the poor since they were considered repayment risks.

Drawing from leadership inspiration from Dr. Khan, a rural development expert, and from what he saw could help both traditional banks as well as the poor, this man by the name of Muhammad Yunus finally succeeded in securing these micro-loans from a government bank to lend to a part of the country’s poor in December 1976. Other banks provided loans to the government bank to help fund the loaned business projects and was later renamed Grameen Bank, which stands for “of village.” To ensure the repayment of these loans, the Grameen Bank uses support or “solidarity groups” to apply together for loans and to use individual members as co-guarantors of repayment. Not only would individual members be held accountable for fiscal repayment, but they would also support each other’s efforts towards their ventured advancements.

To date the Grameen Bank has issued more than $6 billion to over 7 million borrowers and offers loans to various types of public as well as private projects. The Grameen model has inspired very similar efforts throughout developing nations including industrialized nations such as the United States. Finally in 2006 Dr. Muhammad Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize along with the Grameen Bank.

The Perrfectionist Demon!
One of the worst habits you can have is to be a perfectionist. Most people do not even realize that being a perfectionist leads to the horrible habit of procrastination - putting off the things that you know need to be done.

The basis for procrastination is the fear that we will not do something properly so we decide not to start. If we don't start then we cannot fail. We think in our heads that we must complete a project but are afraid it will not be done correctly leading to failure or being completed late and unsatisfactory. This type of thinking leaves no middle ground; you are either perfect or a complete failure. People who think this way set them selves up for failure because very, I repeat very, few thinks are perfect in life.

Striving to be perfect creates expectations, pressures and problems, which create enormous stress. This stress is so strong that being happy is almost impossible. One of the most damaging problems with being a perfectionist is the feeling of having to impress others. So much so that the perfectionist thinking holds them back from ever being able to break any old habits and being able to create the change they desire.

You have to change your level of thinking. Accept that you and everything around you is not perfect. You will find yourself able to start projects with out being afraid. Be able to smile and not worry what others think about what you are doing. Not think to your self "I can't do it because I know it will come out bad, No body will like it. I just can't. "Or say "I'll just do it tomorrow, I have plenty of time." Perfectionists say these statements all the time. Don't fall into these traps. Enjoy life, smile and have fun. 9 Tips For A Better Life
1. Be grateful: start or end every day by appreciating what you have rather than what you don?t have. Make a ritual of it: ?I?m grateful for ..? Do this 5 times, listing a different thing each time.

2. Put your fork or your sandwich down between mouthfuls. This way you are likely to eat less and enjoy your food more.

3. Talk to a friend ? not by email, but over the phone, or better still get together.

4. Sit at the table to eat, but clear the table of bills, things to do, etc. It doesn?t help your digestion, looking at your unpaid bills while you eat.

5. Walk (or jog or run) a little more. You should be taking 10,000 steps a day, but most people are only taking 3,000 to 4,000. Buying a pedometer will help to keep your motivation up.

6. Drink more water. It?s good for your skin, helps you to avoid constipation, and may help you to lose weight as we often misinterpret the body?s thirst request as a food request.

7. Volunteer to help someone else. Research shows that we live longer and happier lives if we spend time helping others rather than just thinking about ourselves.

8. Have a laugh. Buy yourself a child?s joke book, and indulge, or buy a bubble making machine and run around after the bubbles (see tip 5)

9. Look at the sky. Research has shown that people in hospital make a better recovery if they can see the sky from their hospital beds. Why wait to be ill? Enjoy it now.

A Place For Everything In Your Home
Are there homeless items living in your home? If you're like most families, you have countless bits and pieces lacking designated spaces, so the homeless items are left lying on the nearest shelf or countertop.

After awhile all the little items without a home begin to accumulate, causing clutter and chaos in your household. Without a specific place for everything, your level of discomfort may increase because when you need one of these floating items you will not know exactly where to go to find it. Talk about stressful!

How do you combat the urge to throw your stuff on the kitchen table and decide to put it away later? First of all, stop telling yourself that you'll Get to it later.' For most people, later means When I can no longer see the table top and have to eat dinner on top of a pile of newspapers.' Unless you're one of the blessed few who weren't born with the do it later gene' you know how quickly the mess can pile up and how uncomfortable the resulting feeling can be. Your home becomes a cluttered mess, less than welcoming place to hang out.

When was the last time you were searching frantically for your checkbook only to find it well hidden underneath a stack of junk mail? What about the universal search for the illusive car keys? How many jobs were ultimately lost because the key search went on for thirty minutes or more on a daily basis? The solution is simple really. Every item in your home needs its own place to be.'

Items like Junk mail and newspapers should be thrown out daily. Or, if reading the newspaper is becoming just another chore, cancel your newspaper subscription, and, instead read your news online!

So what do you do about those items that you can't quite figure out where to store? Items like odd batteries and eye glass cleaner. I'll tell you what not to do. Don't buy a large rubber container and label it miscellaneous.' Obviously, if you don't know exactly what's in your miscellaneous bin, you're only containing chaos in a smaller space.

Instead, purchase a set of multiple storage bins. Each bin can store one type of otherwise homeless stuff. Give each bin its own address' or label and put in the matching contents. Just remember to avoid the get to it later' trap when you initially bring the item into your home.

The old saying, a place for everything and everything in its place' applies more in today's world than ever before. There are books and courses dedicated to home organization.' Honestly, a course isn't going to help break the bad habits that caused the problem in the first place. Ending clutter must become a habit, just like brushing your teeth each day; only if you can find the toothpaste. Decide today. If the homeless have taken over your home, then get up and get started. You'll love the feeling!

Why does this happen? One possible answer is that they had theories, models for everything around them in life, but no way to check the accuracy of their ideas. They failed to grasp that EVERYONE deletes information from their conscious input. It is simply impossible to take in all the data that streams past our senses. Note the recent experiments proving that those self-identified with either the political Right or Left can see the flaws in the other party?s arguments, but not in their own. This is typical of religious or gender bias as well. Men and women, Christian and Moslem, Believer and Atheist?all are vulnerable to this tendency.

If we are to be successful salesmen, artists, leaders, teachers, or simply human beings, we must have a cosmology?a world view. But we must also have an epistemology?an understanding of the way we gather information, and a method to determine if our methods of gathering or correlation or extrapolation are accurate. Since experimentation with the outside world is often beyond us, the only laboratory we have to test our ideas is our own lives: our bodies, our careers, our relationships. To be certain, some aspects of these are beyond us as well, but we have infinitely greater control here than we have of events in the outside world, let alone events on the level of international politics. How can we address our customers? needs if we don?t really understand human strength and frailty? How can a novelist create realistic characters if he indulges in massive self-deception? How can a parent or teacher help raise a child to maturity without actually maturing herself?

How, in other words, can we be certain that we actually know what we think we know? Consider the possibility that we can increase the accuracy of our thoughts through examining our interactions with the three major aspects of our own lives: our bodies, our careers, and our relationships.

1) Body. Our bodies are created by our daily behaviors. They obey the laws of physics: the balance between calories in and calories out must be maintained. But our emotions get in the way. Yes, some people have slower metabolisms than others. Perfectly true. But that is simply a fact, much like the reality that some are born into poverty. While it is more difficult for those with disadvantages to reach success, there are countless examples of those who have done so, and if you wish to be happy in life, you should study what they did, and keep your mind tightly closed to the nay-sayers. You have NO obligation to match some culturally determined standard of beauty, but you SHOULD feel healthy, have the energy you desire, and match your own values. How can you know if you do? Strip down in front of a mirror. Do you find your own body attractive? If not, you have work to do?either physically, or emotionally. Probably both!

2) Career. We have to balance income with expenditure. It is possible to be happy (or content, or at peace) in any life situation. If you are miserable at work, then it is your responsibility to either make change, or to change your own attitude. We?ve all known people who waste their entire lives blaming their jobs, when it is their own lack of courage and emotional/creative flexibility that keeps them locked into a joyless existence. Our money flow is based upon many things, including the degree of service we provide for our communities, the self-respect that motivates us to demand what we are worth, and the intelligence and discipline with which we manage our finances. Creativity, empathy, determination, energy, honesty, risk-taking?all of these things factor in. One can either make more money, or develop the ability to find greater satisfaction within the current financial level. But without the ability to find peace and satisfaction here, much of the joy of life will elude you.

3) Relationships. The savage truth is that, in relationships, you can have anything you can afford. The coin is passion, health, intelligence, self-respect, and confidence. Men and women get into terrible trouble because they are attracted to people more attractive than themselves, and can?t be honest about it. Women complain that men want beauty, while men complain that women want power. Get over it. We?re wired up that way genetically, although the specific symbols of beauty and power vary across culture and time. The sooner you stop complaining about this immutable fact, the faster you?ll be able to make decisions about the level of beauty or power you are willing (or able) to manifest in your own life to get what you want. And no, it isn?t fair. No one said life is fair. But each gender seems to think that the other side has rigged the game to its advantage. In fact, the less successful a man or woman is in this arena, the less likely they are to grasp a central truth: if women were men, they?d behave like men. If men were women, they?d behave like women. Stop finger pointing, and get into the game!

In each of these three arenas, there are painful truths we must face: human beings are wise, and good, and strong, and spiritual. Unfortunately we are also lazy, dishonest, confused, and childishly wish the world would simply recognize our genius and follow our advice. Why should the world, our customers, our audience, our children, listen to us when we cannot communicate honestly with ourselves?

In the creation of fictional characters, often all one has to do is create a flaw in one of these three arenas, and then create a plot situation that will teach the character a lesson they need to heal. In the world of advertising, almost all products are sold with an appeal to one of these three areas: sex, power, or health. Fail to understand how human beings are driven by these needs: or how almost EVERYONE fails to balance in all three of them, and you will miss a primary motivation in human history. If we cannot understand or effectively communicate with our own psyches. What hope have we to effectively understand one another?

Mastery is a road, not a location. We needn?t be millionaires with bodybuilder physiques married to movie stars with in order to progress toward clarity and power. But we must take responsibility. We must admit that we want health, and happiness, and love. And move with both discipline and joy toward a future we can cherish. What we learn along that road is the Truth of what we are. And the truth will set you free.
